  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship.

  • Please contact me to update your shipping address before the package is shipped.

    If the package is returned due to a faulty shipping address, the package may be reshipped to the correct address provided the customer pays for the new shipping fee.

    Otherwise, the customer will be refunded minus the shipping fee.

    • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after purchase if the item has not yet shipped.

    • Exchanges and returns are not permitted except in the case of shop error. If an exchange/return is permitted, the customer must pay for return shipping.
